Mr. Kent studied building science and recieved his Bachelor's of Science in Architetural Materials Engineering from the University of Michigan. He was at the forefront of green building technologies, recycled grey water system, vapor envelope transmission, solar gain orientation, and rainwater harvesting long before it was codified.

MJK Inc project on Enchanted Way in Pacific Palisades survived despite houses on three sides completely destroyed.
