To withstand future fires, we need to build back better and smarter while also considering CC&R-based view rights, neighboring property owners, and overbuilding. I am assisting one of the Pacific Palisades neighborhood associations to ensure reconstruction occurs at an appropriate scale. I offer my design services at discounted rates for all who have lost their homes and hope to rebuild, and, at no charge, assistance with insurance claims, square footage calculations, replacement cost valuation, and retrieval of city records, including permits and plans.
