Two prior Woolsey Fire Rebuild Projects completed. Extensive portfolio of projects designed and built within "Very High Fire Hazard Severity" (VHFHS) Zones as well as projects within various Coastal Jurisdictions including the Santa Monica Mountains / Santa Monica Mountains Local Coastal Program. Provided a presentation through Realm in Altadena on Fire Resistant Home Design. Knowledge of Defensible Space, Fuel Modification Zones, Class A Coverings, Ignition Resistant Materials, Fire-Rated Assemblies, Rated Windows and Doors, Chapter 7 and WUI requirements, extensive knowledge of the California Residential and Building Codes as well as all other codes included in Title 24. Knowledge of working with the City of Los Angeles Fire Department and the LA County Fire Department. Knowledge of residential fire sprinklers as well as roof sprinklers and other advanced fire suppression systems. Knowledge of all code required fire resistant design elements as well as elements that go beyond code.
