Multiple rebuilds underway in the Altadena area. We have developed a palette of fire resistant materials and details using conventional building techniques. Importantly, the recent fires have presented us with an opportunity to reconsider conventional building practices and LOC has experience working with fire resistant non-traditional materials such as straw bale and compressed earth block.
